Dedicated Desks

Dedicated Desks at 1850 Amsterdam

Dedicated Desk members have their own desk at the Collective where they can set up their work area and store their belongings in the under-desk locking drawer provided. Membership includes unlimited access to The Harlem Collective every day between 8AM and 10PM, 7 days a week.

Location: 1850 Amsterdam Ave. (at 151st Street); NYC, NY 10031

  • Access: 8AM - 10PM, 7 days a week

  • Price: $425/month

  • Deposit: $200

  • No Commitment: Cancel at any time by providing 1 month notice

  • Mail and Packages: Receive your mail and packages at The Harlem Collective and collect them at your convenience

  • Conference Room Credits: 6 hours of conference room usage per month; additional hours $30/hour

  • Copy/Print: Print or copy on our community printer for 10 cents per B&W print and 20 cents per color page

  • Utilities: All utilities included, including WiFi

  • Internet: Verizon-FIOS based internet. Physical ethernet access points are not available for hot desks (wifi only).

Hot Desks

Hot Desks at The Harlem Collective

Hot Desks members do not have an assigned desk. Each day, you come in, grab any available seat in our open-plan work area, get online and get to work!

  • Location: 1850 Amsterdam Ave. (at 151st Street); NYC, NY 10031

  • Work at any available seat in the Hot Desk area, member lounge or roof deck

  • No overnight storage of your belongings (lockers available for a fee)

  • The open-plan work area is a “common sense quiet” zone: you can make quiet calls and zooms, but loud talking and calls should be taken to the cafe, member lounge or conference room (using your credits)

  • Access: 8 a.m. until 10 p.m., 7 days a week

  • No Commitment: Cancel at any time by providing us 1 month notice

  • Mail and Packages: Receive your business mail and packages and collect them at your convenience

  • Conference Room Credits: 4 hours per month for part-time Hot Desk members; 6 hours for full-time members. Extra hours bill at $30/hour

  • Copy/Print: Print or copy for 10 cents per B&W print and 20 cents per color page

  • Utilities: All utilities included, including WiFi

Full-Time Hot Desk: $350/Month

  • Unlimited Hot Desk access between 8 AM and 10 PM daily, 7 days a week

  • Includes 6 hours of conference room usage monthly

  • Best plan for members who plan to work at the Collective most days of the week

Part-Time Hot Desk: $200/Month

  • Up to 15 hours per week of Hot Desk access between 8 AM and 10 PM daily, 7 days a week

  • Includes 4 hours of conference room usage monthly

  • Best plan for folks who need someplace to work a couple of days per week on average
