Rent a Desk
Dedicated Desk members have their own desk at the Collective where they can set up their work area and store their belongings in the under-desk locking drawer provided. Membership includes unlimited access to The Harlem Collective every day between 8AM and 10PM, 7 days a week.

Deposit: $200
No Commitment: Cancel at any time by providing 1 month notice
Mail and Packages: Receive your mail and packages at The Harlem Collective and collect them at your convenience
Conference Room Credits: 6 hours of conference room usage per month; additional hours $30/hour
Copy/Print: Print or copy on our community printer for 10 cents per B&W print and 20 cents per color page
Utilities: All utilities included, including WiFi
Internet: Verizon-FIOS based internet. Physical ethernet access points are not available for hot desks (wifi only).
Hot Desks members do not have an assigned desk. Each day, you come in, grab any available seat in our open-plan work area, get online and get to work!

No overnight storage of your belongings (lockers available for a fee)
The open-plan work area is a “common sense quiet” zone: you can make quiet calls and zooms, but loud talking and calls should be taken to the cafe, member lounge or conference room (using your credits)
