Private Office Details
Price: Varies by office. See spaces above, then confirm availability by texting 917-473-3839 before setting up a tour. Spaces rent quickly and may no longer be available!
Location: 1850 Amsterdam Avenue, between 151st and 152nd streets
Access: 24x7, Unlimited Hours
Commitment: Minimum 3 months. Cancel at any time after initial period by providing us 1 full month’s notice
Deposit: 1 month, which is returned as long as you provide us 1 month notice of your intent to cancel and you leave the Collective in the condition in which you found it
Mail and Packages: Mail service included. Receive your mail and packages at The Harlem Collective and collect them at your convenience
Conference Room Credits: 6 hours conference room reservation credits per month included. Additional usage bills at $30/hour
Copy/Print : Access to our community printer/copier. Usage is billed to your invoice monthly: black & white prints charge at 10 cents per page and color at 20 cents
Utilities: All utilities included in monthly membership, including WiFi
