XL offices are large enough for teams of up to 4 desk workers, featuring desktop work space on each side of the space. The space is also available without the desktop for use as a beauty services, massage or health-services/therapy office. The space is available to you 24x7, 365 days per year and has its own individually controlled air conditioning/heating unit.

Monthly membership fee for XL office spaces are between $1500 and $1700/month + 1 month deposit. Memberships are month-to-month: cancel at any time by providing us 30 days advance notice). Membership Fee includes high-speed Fios WiFi, all utilities and conference room credits.
