Office Space 1A accommodates teams up to 4 people in a large office with a window facing the back of the building. It is located on the ground floor of our 1850 Amsterdam Avenue building with easy access to our shared conference rooms. The office can be outfitted with desks + office chairs, or supplied empty for you to furnish to your own specification.

This private, locking office is accessible to your team 24x7, 365 days per year and has its own individually-controlled air conditioning/heating unit.

Monthly membership fee is $1400/month + 1 month deposit. Memberships are month-to-month: cancel at any time by providing us 30 days advance notice. High-speed Fios WiFi and all utilities are included as well as 6 hours of monthly conference room credits.
